Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms & conditions that must be met in order to borrow from the SteelTown Symphony Orchestra and/or SteelTown Symphony Singers, hereby known as SteelTown Symphony.
Costs & Deposits:
There will be a charge of $10.00 per month, per item paid by cash or cheque made payable to SteelTown Symphony, prior to or on the date that the material(s) are being borrowed.
A deposit cheque for a replacement amount may be required and should be given to the orchestra prior to or on the date that the material(s) are to be borrowed. The cheque will be returned or destroyed upon the return of the borrowed item(s).
Forms:
All parties are required to fill out the “rental form” and submit it prior to or on the date that the material(s) are to be borrowed.
Other Criteria:
The SteelTown Symphony retains the right to recall or deny the rental of any material(s) due to their need by the SteelTown Symphony or any groups with a prior rental agreement.
The SteelTown Symphony will NOT recall the use of any material(s) prior to the return date determined on the date that the material(s) were borrowed.
The SteelTown Symphony will NOT be responsible for paying any royalties, or additional costs that are required for the legal performance(s) of any of the works borrowed from the SteelTown Symphony.
